MergeVerse: The Ultimate Evolution is an offline-first cosmic number puzzle game.
All game progress, scores, merges, inventory, and settings are saved exclusively on your personal device.
We do not collect personal identifiable information (no names, emails, phone numbers, contacts, photos, or GPS location).
The application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may process certain device and advertising-related information as described by Google, and we do not operate a separate analytics SDK.
Google Play Billing is not connected.

3. What Information We Process & Do Not Collect
We strictly minimize data handling. You can play all puzzle game modes completely anonymously without registering an account or transmitting personal data.
- Information We DO NOT Directly Request: MergeVerse does not directly request or store your legal name, email address, physical address, phone number, contacts, precise GPS location, biometric data, camera captures, or microphone recordings.
- Advertising Data: Because MergeVerse uses Google AdMob, Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, advertising-related information, ad interaction information, and other information necessary to provide, measure, protect, and improve advertising services, subject to applicable Google policies and user/device settings.
- Pseudonymous Local Game Profile: A random local identifier (e.g.,
mv-xxxx) generated strictly on your device to maintain your local achievements and game progress. You may optionally pick a display nickname and emoji avatar stored solely on your device.
- Gameplay State: Matrix tile numbers, current scores, high scores, combo multipliers, unlocked cosmetic themes, virtual coin balance, gem balance, and power-up inventory. All gameplay state is stored locally.
4. On-Device Local Data Storage
MergeVerse uses standard on-device web and client storage APIs (specifically HTML5 localStorage and client cache) to maintain your game progress between play sessions:
- Player progression: Current level, experience points (XP), high scores per puzzle mode.
- Economy state: Virtual Gold Coins, Gems, Energy counter, and power-ups.
- Audio and visual preferences: Volume sliders, mute toggles, haptic feedback setting, selected board themes.
- Local counters: Games played count and local timer stamps.
All local game data remains exclusively on your physical device. No gameplay data is transmitted to cloud databases or remote servers.
5. Third-Party Services & SDK Audit
In accordance with Google Play developer policies, we disclose our third-party code and SDK usage:
- Google AdMob: MergeVerse integrates Google AdMob for banner, interstitial, rewarded, and rewarded-interstitial advertisements. AdMob is a third-party advertising service and may process information from the device for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes.
- Third-Party Analytics SDKs: MergeVerse does not intentionally integrate separate analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook Pixel, AppsFlyer, or Adjust.
- Google Play Billing: NOT CONNECTED. No payment processing libraries or billing APIs are active.
- Capacitor Runtime: Standard open-source mobile runtime plugins (SplashScreen, StatusBar, App) used solely to render the WebView and manage app lifecycle.
6. In-Game Advertisements & Rewards
MergeVerse displays advertisements through Google AdMob and its certified mediation network partners. Depending on applicable laws, user consent choices, Google account settings, and device configuration, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized:
- Rewarded advertisements may be offered voluntarily in exchange for in-game rewards such as virtual coins, gems, energy, or other game benefits.
- Google AdMob and mediation partners may use advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID / AD_ID) and device information according to their policies and user consent settings.
6.1 Ad Personalization & User Consent Settings
Google AdMob and its mediation partners (such as AppLovin, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, and ironSource) require clear user consent mechanisms for personalized advertising under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the ePrivacy Directive, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and Google's EU User Consent Policy.
Your Choices and How to Control Ad Personalization:
- In-Game Consent Settings: You can adjust your preference between "Personalized Ads" and "Non-Personalized Ads" at any time inside the app's Policy & Safety Center modal.
- Personalized Ads: When enabled, Google AdMob and certified partners use device identifiers to show ads relevant to your interests, improving ad value and relevance.
- Non-Personalized Ads: When selected, ads are served contextually (e.g. based on game content) without creating behavioral user profiles. Frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting, and fraud prevention remain active in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Google Account Settings: You can manage personalized ad settings across Google services by visiting Google Ad Settings.
- Android Device Settings: On Android devices, you can opt out of interest-based ads or reset your Advertising ID under Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.
7. In-App Purchases & Billing Status
Status: Google Play Billing is NOT CONNECTED.
MergeVerse does NOT offer real-money in-app purchases or subscriptions. All items, cosmetic themes, and boosters in the game's shop are acquired entirely with virtual currencies (Gold Coins, Gems) earned by playing the game. No credit card, debit card, or financial account details are ever requested, collected, or processed.
8. Analytics & Behavioral Tracking
We do not engage in behavioral tracking or telemetry collection:
- No third-party analytics libraries are embedded in the app.
- Gameplay metrics (such as high score and total merges) are displayed solely on your device for your own satisfaction.
- Standard, aggregated, non-personally identifiable crash reports may be provided by the Google Play Console (Android Vitals) if you have opted in at the Android system level.
9. Cookies & Local Storage
MergeVerse does not use advertising or tracking cookies. When accessed on web or within the Android WebView container, the app utilizes standard HTML5 localStorage strictly for functional purposes (saving your puzzle boards, score records, and audio settings).
10. How Information Is Used
Any local data processed on your device is used solely to:
- Run and display puzzle game modes (2048 Classic, Number Snacks, Hexagon, Merge Blocks).
- Save your puzzle grid, high scores, unlocked themes, and virtual coin balance.
- Remember your sound, music, and haptic feedback settings.
11. Data Sharing & Disclosure
Because all gameplay data remains locally on your device, we do not sell, rent, trade, or transmit your personal data to any third party.
12. Data Security
Your game save files are isolated within the secure, sandboxed storage directory assigned to MergeVerse by your device's operating system. No sensitive personal or financial credentials are held by the application.
13. Data Retention
Because MergeVerse is offline-first, your game data is stored directly on your personal device and persists until you choose to reset it or uninstall the application. We maintain no remote servers storing your gameplay data.
14. Data Deletion & Reset Instructions
You have complete control over your saved data. You may delete all locally stored game progress, high scores, and settings at any time using any of the following methods:
- In-App Reset: Open the game's Profile / Settings menu and select Reset Local Data to immediately clear all local progression.
- Android System Settings: Open your device's Settings → Apps → MergeVerse → Storage → Clear Data / Clear Storage.
- App Uninstallation: Uninstalling MergeVerse from your device permanently removes the application along with all locally stored game files.

15. Children's Privacy & Family Safety
MergeVerse is a mathematical puzzle game designed for casual audiences of all ages:
- We do not collect personal identifiable information from any user, including children.
- There is no open public chat, multiplayer messaging, or user-generated content sharing.
- No third-party behavioral advertising or tracking is used.
- No violent, scary, or mature content is present in any game mode.
16. Permissions & Device Hardware Access
The Android application requests only the minimum permissions required for core gameplay:
android.permission.VIBRATE: Used exclusively to provide tactile haptic feedback during tile merges, wheel spins, and combo triggers. You can toggle haptics on or off in game settings.- The application does NOT request camera, microphone, contacts, storage, or location permissions.
17. Offline-First Architecture
MergeVerse is engineered so that gameplay does not require an active internet connection:
- All game modes launch and function seamlessly in Airplane Mode or without mobile data.
- Your merges, level-ups, and achievements are saved locally without interruption.
18. User Choices & Controls
You have full autonomy over your experience:
- Audio & Haptic Controls: Sound effects, background music, and haptic vibration can be toggled at any time from the home screen and settings menu.
- Data Reset: You can wipe all local progression at any time via the in-app settings or your device application settings.
- Offline Play: You can play indefinitely without an internet connection or account sign-in.
